By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Wellness Disclaimer
The Harmonic Egg is an integrative energy therapy pod that utilizes light and sound frequency to activate the body’s own natural ability to re-balance and restore itself. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health conditions.
2. Client Acknowledgment
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree:
• You are voluntarily participating in sessions.
• You understand results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, phone, or in person.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation within the 24 hour window will result in forfeiture of your session and Client is liable for the full amount of the fees related to the Services requested.
• No-shows are charged in full.
4. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon booking a session unless otherwise arranged.
• Membership packages are charged on a monthly basis — members agree to terms upon sign up.
• We accept all major credit cards.
• Prices are subject to change.
5. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering our Services. For more details, see our [Privacy Policy link or section].
6. Code of Conduct
Clients are required to:
• Treat staff and other Clients with respect.
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
• Follow all facility guidelines and instructions provided by staff.
• If a Client is removed for violating these rules, Client is not entitled to, and waives the right to, a refund of the cost of the Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove Clients who violate these rules.
For claims relating to the the Client’s use of the services so that the total aggregate liability of Harmonic Wellness and Healing and its employees, agents, representatives, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates, and legal representatives shall not exceed exceed the fee paid to Harmonic Wellness and Healing for services so that the total aggregate liability of Harmonic Wellness and Healing, Inc. and employees, agents, representatives, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates, and legal representatives shall not exceed the fee paid to Harmonic Wellness and Healing for services.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Client has read Harmonic Wellness and Healing’s terms and conditions, and knowingly, willing, and voluntarily agrees to the fullest extent possible, to limit the liability of Harmonic Wellness and Healing and its employees, agents, representatives, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates, and legal representatives for claims relating to the Client’s use of the services so that the total aggregate liability of Harmonic Wellness and Healing and its employees, agents, representatives, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates, and legal representatives shall not exceed the fee paid to Harmonic Wellness and Healing for services rendered. It is acknowledged by the Client that this limitation of liability applies to any cause of action, be it contract, tort, or any other theory of liability related to services rendered by Harmonic Wellness and Healing and its employees, agents, representatives, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates, and legal representatives. The Client agrees to waive any claims for any and all indirect, incidental, special, attorney’s fees and costs consequential and punitive damages resulting from the Client’s use of the services and whether such theories of liability are based on contract, tort, or any other theory of liability. The Client has had an opportunity to to consult counsel, and has done so or voluntarily waived their right to do so and fully agree to this limitation of liability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the express warranties set forth in the Harmonic Wellness and Healing Terms and Conditions, Harmonic Wellness + Healing makes no other warranties, express or implied, and expressly disclaims any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title.
9. Assumption of Risk
As set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Terms and Conditions, the Harmonic Egg is an integrative energy therapy pod that utilizes light and sound frequency to activate the body’s own natural ability to re-balance and restore itself. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client, expressly, knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for al risk of any and every kind involved with the use of the Services. The Client, expressly, knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily, irrevocably release any and all claims against Harmonic Wellness and Healing and its employees, agents, representatives, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates, and legal representatives, from, and hold them harmless for, all claims, rights, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected arising from the use of the Services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
